Take an educational trek through a lush highland rainforest in Bali then rejuvenate your heart, mind and soul with a calm canoe trip across Lake Beratan.
Step foot into the wilderness of Bali’s jungles and trek through a cool highland rainforest that overlooks the gorgeous lake-side village of Bedugul. Explore the pristine condition of the conservation forest and be blown away by the stunning panoramic views at certain points. All along the way, your fully-trained and professional trekking guide will educate you on jungle ecology and the wildlife that calls these lush woods its home.
After your trek, take a breather and rest your feet by embarking on a leisurely canoe trip across Lake Beratan’s beautifully reflective waters. The lake is the second largest lake on the island of Bali and is central to the irrigation in Bali. It was also named as one of the world’s 20 most beautiful lakes by the Huffington Post. Sloping mountains create a nice backdrop for the large expanse of water and a tranquil temple sits upon the water, too. This would be the perfect time to do some therapeutic reflection.
